Getting Started: Post formalities, we dispatch a questionnaire to your designated point of contact, collecting essential details to build your website just right.

Kick-off “Day 1”: Once we receive your survey response, our Tree View Designs team starts crafting your new website while adhering to strict NHS Contract and Accessibility requirements. You’ll get a dedicated Content Editor for your journey, and our designers will discuss your branding if you opted for that package.

Review Time “Day 25”: An email will arrive announcing your site’s readiness. Now, review the content, request changes, and we’ll set up the nitty-gritty: online forms, services and local care pathways.

Go Live: After your approval and final tweaks, we guide you through the launch process, scheduling your preferred live date. Simple as that!

Training & Care: Post-launch, all surgeries enjoy FREE training. We teach site editing, content creation, and best practices. Network members? Your designated GCM admin receives exclusive training to master network-wide content changes.
